$50,000 a year - Commission

Newly developed real estate office is looking to hire and train a select group of motivated Real estate sales agents. We are looking for our next potential business partner to open our next office location! We need someone who is interested and building a career and real estate by taking their existing career to the next level by growing with us!

Qualifications:
In order to join our team, you must:

Have a real estate license.
Have a desire to work and have control over your professional growth without office politics interfering. Hard work is what takes you to the next level!
Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful and unlimited opportunity for growth!
Have excellent communications skills and ability to network to build your business; outgoing personalities a plus.
Have an open positive mind and can adapt quickly to change.

As a real estate agent, you will be:

Networking and prospecting, with guidance and coaching by our staff to ensure your comfort-ability with speaking publicly; meet and greets; canvassing; and going door to door meeting new people on a daily basis.
Showing properties and working with home buyers.
Working with apartment rentals, clients, landlords, and how to build and establish relationships with both residential and commercial property renters and owners.
Properly marketing properties and working with property sellers and buyers to get maximum exposure to sell a property fast!
Given great commission splits!
